According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Kish Free Zone Organization, these joint patrols, with the presence of representatives from the Organization’s Trade Management, a deputy of the prosecutor, and officials from relevant agencies, were carried out within the framework of the ongoing market monitoring programs.
During these field visits, in addition to examining the manner of operation of commercial units and the extent of compliance with current rules and regulations, public complaints registered in the 124 system were also specially followed up and addressed on site.
In these visits, some retail unit operators were given verbal warnings, and written notices were issued to several offending units to correct deficiencies, amend service delivery methods, and avoid repetition of violations.
Supervision of the performance of commercial units and continuous market monitoring, with the aim of organizing the trades, improving service quality, and preventing the infringement of the rights of Kish residents and tourists, will continue vigorously.
