What this site is

Nabz-e Kish is an independent information service about Kish Island: news, events, weather, and a directory of businesses on the island. It is not an official publication of the Kish Free Zone Organisation and is not affiliated with any government body.

The site republishes news from the public feed of the Kish Free Zone Organisation's newsroom and other named sources. Each story credits its originating newsroom and links back to the original.

Who may use the site

The site is open to everyone and there is no age restriction on reading it. We set no minimum age for creating an account either.

What we publish is written for a general audience. If you are young, though, do not type personal details — your full name, your address, a phone number, anything about your family — into the chat assistant: conversations are stored and are readable by site administrators.

Using the site

You may read, link to and share anything published here.

You may not:

use the site in a way that breaks the law, or that helps someone else break it;
attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems you have no right to;
interfere with the site's operation — automated scraping at a rate that degrades service for others counts, and so does deliberately overloading the chat assistant;
copy the site's content wholesale for republication elsewhere without permission. Quoting with attribution and a link is welcome.

We may suspend or remove an account that does these things.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at info@kishfz.ir if you believe someone else has used it.

We may close an account that breaks these terms, is used to impersonate someone, or has been dormant for a long period — with notice, where notice is possible.

Business listings

Anyone may submit a business for the directory, and submissions are reviewed before publication.

If you submit a listing, you confirm that you are entitled to represent that business and that what you have submitted is accurate. You keep ownership of the text and pictures you provide, and you give us permission to publish, translate and display them on this site and in the channels this platform operates. That permission lasts as long as the listing is published.

We may edit a listing for length, accuracy or house style, and we may remove one that is inaccurate, misleading, or for a business that no longer exists.

A listing is not an endorsement. We do not check whether a business holds the licences it claims, and we do not guarantee its prices, opening hours, or the quality of anything it sells.

The chat assistant

The assistant is generated by an AI model and it can be wrong. Treat what it says as a starting point, not as advice, and check anything that matters — particularly on safety, money, health, or the law.

Conversations are stored and are deleted automatically after 90 days. Until then the transcript is readable by a site administrator, so do not type anything into it you would not want kept. See the privacy policy.

Our content, and yours

Text, design, photography and software on this site belong to Iriana Tasvir Kish Co. or to whoever licensed it to us, except for material credited to another source, which belongs to that source.

Anything you post — a listing, a review, a message — remains yours. By posting it you give us permission to publish, translate and display it here.

Automatic translation

Much of this site is translated into English and Arabic by machine, and those translations are marked as such. Where a translation and the Persian original disagree, the Persian is the one that counts.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and the data current, and we do not promise either. Readings, forecasts, opening hours and prices can be stale, wrong or missing. Nothing here is an official source — see the disclaimer.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Iriana Tasvir Kish Co. is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Hormozgan judicial district.
