Privacy policy

This policy explains what نبض کیش (kishfz.ir) collects, why, and what happens to it. It describes what the site actually does rather than what a site of this kind usually does, and it is written to be checked against the software.

The site is operated by Iriana Tasvir Kish Co. (شرکت آیریانا تصویر کیش). Questions about this policy go to info@kishfz.ir.

What we collect

When you simply read the site, we collect almost nothing. There is no analytics service, no advertising tracker, and no third-party script of any kind on these pages. Fonts, stylesheets and images are served from our own server, so browsing here does not tell any other company that you were here. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs, which include your IP address, the page requested and the time.

If you use the chat assistant, we store the conversation and some technical details about the visit:

every message you send and every reply,
which AI model answered, and how many tokens it used,
your IP address,
your browser's user-agent string,
a session identifier, and the language you were reading in,
your account, if you are signed in.

If you are not signed in, the conversation is not linked to an account — but the IP address and user agent are still recorded, and together those can often identify a person indirectly. So a conversation is not anonymous even when you are not signed in.

Please do not type anything into the chat that you would not want kept. It is a public assistant, not a private channel, and the transcript is readable by site administrators until it is deleted.

If you create an account, we store your username, email address and a cryptographic hash of your password. We never store the password itself.

If you register a business in the directory, everything you submit is intended to be published — that is the point of a directory listing.

Cookies and local storage

If you sign in, Drupal sets a session cookie so the site remembers you between pages. It is removed when you sign out.

Your light-or-dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage under delkish-theme. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us.

We set no advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Where your information goes

Artificial intelligence. Chat messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Content published here in Persian is also sent to OpenAI to be translated into English and Arabic. This means text you type into the chat leaves Iran and is processed on OpenAI's systems under their terms. If that is not acceptable to you, do not use the chat.

Email. Messages we send you are handled by our own mail server, on our own machine. They are not passed to a third-party mail provider.

Nobody else. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We disclose information only where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a person.

How long we keep things

Chat transcripts: 90 days. The clock runs from the last message in a conversation, after which the software deletes the conversation and every message in it. This happens automatically and depends on nobody remembering to do it.
Server access logs: 12 months. They are deleted after that.
Account information: for as long as your account exists.
Published directory listings and news: they remain published until removed.

What you can ask us to do

Write to info@kishfz.ir and we will, within a reasonable time:

tell you what we hold about you,
correct anything that is wrong,
delete your account and the personal information attached to it,
stop sending you notifications.

Some things cannot be deleted on request: content you published that others now rely on, and records we are required to keep.

Age

There is no age restriction on using this site, and we neither ask for nor record a visitor's age.

Because we do not know anyone's age, we cannot treat children differently from anyone else. That is why we ask everybody — and the young in particular — not to type personal details into the chat.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the site rather than quietly editing the page and changing the date.
