According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Kish Free Zone Organization, the eleventh session of the "Response Sundays" of the Kish Free Zone Organization was held with the presence of Seyed Moein Hashemi, CEO of Kish Investment and Development Company, during which the demands, proposals, requests and questions of Kish residents, investors and island economic activists were examined and addressed directly.
In this session, numerous calls were made by Kish residents and topics such as provision of staff housing, issues related to the operation of Arian Hotel, offsetting contractors' claims with the organization and its subsidiaries, and also specialized questions in the field of investment and the capital market were raised, to which the CEO of Kish Investment and Development Company, along with related managers, provided the necessary answers.
Hashemi, emphasizing the importance of following up on public requests, stated: all matters raised in this session will be recorded and reviewed, and topics that require further expert examination will, after the necessary follow-ups, have their final outcomes announced to the applicants.
He continued by outlining the company's most important programs for 1405, saying: the company's activities this year have begun with the formulation of a five-year strategic plan and all actions and projects will be pursued based on this strategic document.
The CEO of Kish Investment and Development Company, referring to the necessity of using modern financial instruments to develop investment on the island, added: one of the company's most important programs in 1405 is implementing the plan to tokenize assets as a new method for financing construction and development projects, which can provide grounds for directing capital toward productive and developmental projects.
Hashemi noted: given the country's economic conditions and the necessity of utilizing new financing capacities, entering the field of asset tokenization is among the priorities of Kish Investment and Development Company, and the specialized platform for this plan will soon be unveiled and enter the operational phase.
The CEO of Kish Investment and Development Company concluded by expressing hope that with the continuation of the "Response Sundays" plan and the ongoing direct communication between the public and managers, the path to increasing Kish residents' satisfaction, enhancing public trust, and achieving the island of Kish's development objectives will be pursued more rapidly.
