The loans allocated for firms with 2 to 50 insured employees are 44 million tomans per person, which will be paid with an annual interest rate of 18 to 23 percent (based on the level of job retention) and with a maximum repayment of 6 months. Firms with 50 to 100 employees receive 22 billion rials, and for businesses of 100 employees and above the amount is 22 million tomans per employed person.

The purpose of implementing this plan is to provide payroll capital with the aim of increasing the resilience and sustainability of jobs in firms that have recently faced reduced liquidity and decreased activity due to economic conditions caused by the war.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Economy service desk is being held with the follow-up of the CEO of the Kish Free Zone Organization and the cooperation of the Ministry of Economy in order to support businesses on Kish Island in this free zone of the country.
