According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Kish Free Zone Organization, Mohammad Azizi, head of the mobile operator of this organization, announced: given the economic conditions and the general increase in expenses, the mid-cycle disconnection threshold for Telekish subscribers has been doubled so that subscribers' SIM cards are not quickly disconnected due to limited mid-cycle debts and they have more time to manage and pay their bills.
He stated that mobile phones today play an essential role in daily life, economic activities, banking services and necessary communications, and added: our goal is that a subscriber, for example, should not face service disconnection merely because their mid-cycle debt reaches an amount such as 300,000 toman. This measure has been taken to honor subscribers, increase satisfaction, and adapt the service delivery process to the current economic conditions.
Azizi emphasized: doubling the mid-cycle disconnection threshold does not mean forgiveness or cancellation of debt, but rather a supportive opportunity to prevent premature disconnection of the SIM card. It is expected that subscribers will also prevent debt accumulation and the creation of service restrictions by paying their bills on time.
Immediate Application of Payments to Subscribers' Bills
The head of the mobile operator of the Kish Free Zone Organization, referring to Telekish's dedicated payment system, said: subscribers can visit pay.telekish.ir to pay their bills. The advantage of this system is that the paid amount is applied to the subscriber's bill immediately and the account update process and continuity of service will occur more quickly.
He asked subscribers to prioritize using the Telekish dedicated payment gateway for rapid recording of payments in their account and to prevent disconnection or limitation of services.
Half-price Internet and Packages with Rates from 3,300 Toman per GB
Azizi continued, referring to Telekish's supportive policies in the mobile internet sector: one of Telekish's important advantages is offering internet at half-price rates compared to other mobile operators to subscribers present within Kish Island. This policy has been implemented to reduce residents' internet access costs, support businesses, and develop communication and digital services on the island.
He added: the rate per gigabyte of internet in Telekish's long-term packages starts from 3,300 toman, which compared to mobile operators' internet rates is unparalleled and very cost-effective. These packages, especially for families, businesses, economic actors and heavy users on the island, enable better management and a significant reduction in communication costs.
The head of the mobile operator of the Kish Free Zone Organization noted: at a time when long-term high-traffic packages are offered less by mobile operators, Telekish has placed offering these packages on its agenda to support Kish residents and facilitate their access to the internet.
500 GB and 1,000 GB Packages with Free SIM and Number
Azizi named offering Telekish data SIM cards together with long-term and high-volume packages as another supportive plan of this operator and said: Telekish data SIM cards are offered with 500 and 1,000 gigabyte packages with 6- and 12-month validity. In this plan, the SIM card and number cost are free and the subscriber only pays for their chosen internet package.
He added: considering the high volume, long validity period, the starting rate per gigabyte of 3,300 toman, and the free SIM card and number, these bundles are among the most cost-effective options for providing internet to families, businesses and heavy users on Kish Island.
Applicants wishing to purchase data SIM bundles and long-term internet packages can visit the system at sim.telekish.ir.
Also, subscribers can use Telekish's dedicated package sales system at package.telekish.ir to purchase an internet package for their SIM card or others.
Other Methods to Activate Internet Packages for Subscribers
Azizi continued: it is also possible to activate internet packages as postpaid (applied to the subscriber's bill) via the "My Telekish" gateway at my.telekish.ir and the USSD code *934# system.
