Who we are, and are not

نبض کیش (Nabz-e Kish) is an independent information service. It is not an official publication of the Kish Free Zone Organisation, and it is not operated by or on behalf of any government body. News republished here is credited to the newsroom that wrote it and links back to the original.

Weather, sea and safety

The weather pages combine readings and forecasts from Open-Meteo with guidance generated automatically from published safety thresholds.

This is not an official forecast and must not be used as one. For warnings that carry authority, follow the Iran Meteorological Organisation and the Ports and Maritime Organisation, and obey lifeguard flags and harbour signals.

Activity ratings — swimming, diving, boating, paddle boarding and the rest — are a rough guide computed from those readings. They cannot see the conditions in front of you: a rip current, a closed beach, a boat you are not qualified to handle. If the sea looks wrong, do not go in, whatever this site says.

Readings can be stale. Where they are, the page says so and gives the time of the last observation. Read that line before relying on the number above it.

The business directory

Listings are provided by business owners or compiled from published sources. We do not verify licences, inspect premises, or test what is sold.

A listing is not a recommendation, and its absence is not a judgement. Prices, opening hours and contact details change without anyone telling us. Check with the business before travelling.

The chat assistant

Answers are generated by an AI model. They can be confidently wrong.

Do not rely on the assistant for anything involving safety, health, money, immigration or the law. Check what it tells you against a source that is accountable for being right.

Conversations are stored and deleted automatically after 90 days — see the privacy policy.

Translation

English and Arabic pages are largely translated by machine. Where a translation and the Persian original disagree, the Persian is authoritative.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites — newsrooms, businesses, official bodies. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they publish or do.

Errors

We try to be accurate and we will get things wrong. If you find a mistake, tell us at info@kishfz.ir and we will correct it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Iriana Tasvir Kish Co. is not liable for loss arising from reliance on anything published here. The limits of that liability are set out in the terms of use.
